Repairs/replacement needed. - 13 cracks in weatherboards - sections may be able to be replaced, others might be able to be filled and painted; - 10 large panels with ventilation vents - approx. 2880 x 1210 mm need replacing (covering under house, not insulated) - 3 other panels with ventilation vents - 1 x approx 1670 x 1210 mm; 2 x approx 21450 x 1050 mm (covering under house, not insulated)
