Simple basement/cladding job

We are seeking a quote for the ground level of our house to be converted into a garage. Photos of the house/floorplan are attached. Key points: -We want the job to be completed by the end of July 2018, which gives you flexibility to fit it around other jobs. -A low cost, low-end finish using wooden slats or composite is preferred. Example photos are attached. -Single garage door to be installed (which may be electric, depending on price). -No gib/insulation/painting required.
