House is approx. --- 's monolithic type cladding above brick veneer (approx 60% would be mono), looks to be splitting on some corners and we are looking to purchase the home. Building inspector advised obtaining an estimate prior to negotiations. Any ideas would be great. Would be looking to re-clad in corrugate / sheet metal
