Cladding and deck

Hi, the cladding on our house needs repair. We found a leak on one side of the house caused by what seems to be the deck. The deck is damming water and causing it to flow inside the house, so the deck needs to be replaced too. On another side of the house some of the hardy plank has swollen in places. A quote we received is astronomical and there is no way we can afford it. I was hoping someone could come and have a look and give an honest opinion and quote to repair before it gets worse. The amount of rain we had did not help the situation either. I truly appreciate your consideration.
