Under deck insulation and plywood cladding 17sq m

I am closing in an upstairs deck area to make a conservatory off the lounge. I need to install underfloor insulation (Expol 360) and then have a tradesperson cover this with 9mm treated plywood cladding to keep it protected from the weather. It is a rectangular area 2.7 x 6.3m (17 sq m). A fairly simple, straight forward job that needs to be done after the conservatory is installed in late March.
