House re clad

We have a small 80 sqm home that can't be sold due to the monolithic cladding. So we need a quote to take it all off and install new cladding, which we need to discuss the best option for, but maybe shadow clad. The house is on a basement so we'll need scaffolding. Naturally the plan is to have this done efficiently and not over the top. We will get a permit once we know the cost. So we'd like this done as soon as possible once the permit is ready. I have attached a plan of the house. This house does have a CCC and has not other real issues that we are aware of. No doubt some other issues will pop up but they won't be big hopefully.
