Replacing sheet and battern cladding with Axon panel
Job description
The existing cladding system, on the upper level, dates the house and is past it's used by date. The proposal is to replace it with Axon panel which is a 'like for like' replacement and doesn't require a building consent. The exiting joinery will remain but there is some work to temporarily support and then refix the decks. The two photos show the bulk of the work but there are two more short walls that require the same treatment. The works includes replacing the soffit's and we will want all old materials removed from site. At this stage we are not seeking painting services. We want the work to start as soon as possible.

Very successful project, well managed by Mark and his team. Worked through issues in a positive constructive manner and managed sub trades well. Detailing and finishing were excellent. Added of couple of additional work packages while the team were on site. Very pleased with result.
