Replacing some old weatherboards

Remove and replace some dodgy weatherboards. Some sides of the house only need a couple but one side has potentially a lot including getting behind the vertical piece of timber that a down pipe is attached to it. Keen to get this sorted in next month or 2 before wet weather increases. Attaching pics of worst affected spots.
