Cladding Repair and Window Removal.
Job description
Some of the cladding on the north wall of a small bach is breaking down and allowing water egress into the wall which allows vegetation to grow on it. The cladding is direct fixed plywood with batten covered joints, half rounds. Some cladding needs to be replaced and the wall made watertight. Additionally, three windows need to be removed and replaced with cladding. We are reducing the number of openings.

Nick got the job because of his fast and efficient communication. While other tradespeople took a week to reply to queries, Nick would reply very promptly. Although his hourly rate was double what other qualified builders with an apprentice were charging, his workmanship was top-notch and his professional attitude was outstanding. I would happily recommend Nick to anyone seeking a quality builder.
