Our bach in National park is 2 storey mansard truss clad in hardie flex panels. Built in 1984 it has never been fully weather tight. Curent cladding needs to be stripped, new weatherproof layer, reclad in hardie board and batten, replace a couple of windows with double glazed, new insulation in exterior walls, full exterior paint. Bach is 7.2m by 6.0 m.
