Quote on repair for cracks/deterioration in asbestos cladding

We have a conditional offer on a house in Stanmore Bay and have had a builders inspection done. From the builders report: "The exterior of the home has been constructed using fibre cement flat sheeting overlaid with mini corrugated iron in various areas. The cladding was visually inspected and was found to be in poor condition with damage, cracked boards and deterioration in various areas. We would suggest that overall the home is in very poor condition which will require significant repair or replacement to return to a good standard. A qualified contractor should inspect further and advise." We require a quote on the above findings. Preferably the minimal cost for now with the intention of a full fix further down the track (if it's not all needing to be done right now). The contractor would need to be liasing with the real estate agent about times (which I would put them in contact with) and preferably time wise we would need the quote as soon as possible as we are conditional until the 10th May.
