Repair and mainteance

Hello, I wanting a quote done on maintenance and repairs to the cladding. I had a healthy home standards report done and there are holes and gaps throughout the hardyplank. The property is tenanted and i do have a property manager that will need to be contacted regarding access etc. but im not sure if you need to inspect or can go from photos. The photos attached are what i was provided with throughout the report being done.
