We have a 1990s house, and thermographic imaging shows moisture in some areas. There are no visible signs of leaks, but we would like someone to assess the house and advise possible solutions, eg waterproof membrane, recladding? The cladding is Harditex with textured finish. There are some membrane flat roof areas, and a membrane deck.
