Expect to get this done next Summer. Starting early so as to clear the consenting process. Single exterior wall, contains 3 double glazed windows. Existing wood cladding has insulation behind it at present (insulmax). Second floor (scaffolding required). Remove existing Wood cladding, check and repair any framing issues exposed - this may include diagonal bracing (discuss). reclad with hardiplank or other long-lived material, flashing as required, paint and finish. If insulation is removed in this process, replace. If Windows must be removed, preserve and replace (these are new windows). Scaffolding is on a slope with stairs. . Cost is a guess. Actually have no idea but certain it will hurt. Need your estimates.
