Replace weatherside with hardiplank, insulate, some wiring, etc

Remove all weatherside cladding and replace with James Hardie smooth 305 x 7.5mm Weatherboard. [Approximately 130m2 of surface on single story house -- max height 9 planks' width]. While old cladding off, install 5 double power points, insulate walls with batts, replace 1 water tap on rear wall, and vent dryer in laundry through wall. Job to be done over summer --- , preferably a wall at a time.
