Replacing some weatherboards, and painting them + some small jobs.
Job description
At least three of the weatherboards need to be replaced. That side of the house starts 1.5 above the ground and goes up to 5.7 meters. If you also do painting jobs, it would be great if you paint it as well. Scribers around windows also need to be replaced and painted. One weatherboard on the other side of the house (ground level) probably needs to be replaced too. We would like you to take a look and give your opinion. There are two other small jobs that need to be done too. It would be great if you can do them at the same time: 1. lichen grown on the roof and needs chemical spraying. 2. we need a small staircase from the deck to the yard.
