Re-cladding whole house

Re-clad house with weatherboard plus Vertical and horizontal) replace windows and French doors with new double glazing bi-folding windows and doors . This is a 2 story house with a possible extension of room over tank deck. Job is to labour only for re-cladding, insulation and painting as material (weatherboard) and windows and new doors will be supplied by owner. A building consent with plans will be lodged to Auckland Council for approval etc in 2 months time with re-cladding proposed over Oct to Dec or possibly Feb to April.
