Lots of talk but nothing added up. Just wanted a 2m wall reclad, he used mostly our materials then charged $680 for materials. Wall not completed for 2 builders working 8 hours.

"Job changed from a 2mtr reclad to a load bearing wall redo.There was a door & window in this space which needed to be removed after rotten timber was discovered.I let the customer know what was going on as he was not on site.The materials he supplied were very minimal given the change in the job.I planned to return to the address to re-install the window.At this point the customer contacted me to dispute the invoice.Offered to do window for free.Customer declined."
