Replace four weatherside planks and fix floor in lounge which feels soft

We have four weatherside planks which sit one above the other and we want to get them replaced because they aren't in very good condition, see photos. We've previously had a couple of other planks replaced on another part of the house and the person used tanalised plywood. We don't need primer or paint on them, we can do that ourselves. Also, the lounge floor below the ranch slider has an area that feels soft, probably because of water coming in when it's been raining when the ranch slider was open. We're wanting to get this fixed too.
