Weatherside cladding board replacement and painting
Job description
We're looking at buying a house with weatherside cladding. The Builders report has identified that around half of the north side of the property facing weatherboard cladding will need replacing/repainting. We are after a quote/estimate on how much this would cost. Please refer to attached image which shows the north side of the property. (Wall with the carport attached). Assumptions would be that the boards from the carport roof and a few at the very bottom would need replacing and painting.
