Monolithic cladding repairs

Hi, the property is a monolithic clad 4 bed house in Oteha, Auckland, built in November 1998. It was recertified by Auckland Council in 2012 after some maintenance for it's sale to me. The work done in 2012 has not lasted and i want to redo any repairs prior to a full repaint in a new colour. There are a some minor cracks in corner moldings, and large sheet joins, plus a few places where careless penetrations have occurred with nail and screw fixings for exterior brackets etc. There is also one complete sheet replacement due to a parking accident on a non-structural panel in the basement area. I am a retired plumber and am familiar with this type of cladding and it's weatherproofing requirements. Start date is not imminent but is for this year, so this quote is for budgeting and scheduling purposes. Photos can be added on request. Thank you.
