Selling house and builders report failed as high moisture and peeling paint indicated leaking kitchen pipe behind weatherside board. Need board cut to expose pipes and covered in plastic until plumber can fix leak, then new board put in to cover hole. Need fixed asap as this is preventing sales contracts going through.
