Weatherboard Replacement
Job description
There are several weatherboards that need replacing for various reasons. * Some have split or have rotted. * Another area needs to have an old external vent replaced with a gravity cowl vent (Which will be smaller than the existing one, and therefore need weatherboard work.) * The house is ~110 years old, and is not modern standard size weatherboards. I estimate approx 170x19 for the height and thickness.

Lee completed his job on time and to budget, as other reviewers have mentioned he is not the cheapest guy you will find but his work is top quality and shortcuts are not taken. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any one else needing building work to be done, and plan to call on him again when we start our next renovation project.
