Weatherboard Recladding & New Garage Roof

We are planning to carry out the renovation in 2 stages. First stage will be all of Level 2. (New windows/door, New weatherboard cladding, New kitchen). Could you please quote for: - New framing to suit new windows - New weatherboard cladding (we would like it done without any joins if possible) - Fitting of New doors and window - New spouting - I will do all the demo and clean up work - I have a company doing the gib/interior work - I will supply all the doors/windows - I have a company supplying and installing the kitchen - I have a company doing the plumbing - AB Electrical is doing the electrical work Second stage will be all of Level 1 & the garage. (New sliding doors/front door, New windows, repitching of the garage roof, New weatherboard cladding). Could you please quote for: - Repitching of garage roof and new colorsteel - New doors and windows - New spouting - New cladding (again no joins if possible) - Patching up of the brickwork - New garage door (can you please supply this) - I will do all the demo and clean up work (except the cutting of the brick for new sliding doors/windows) - I have someone doing the gib/interior work - I will supply all the doors/windows (except the garage door) Demo work will be completed week of April 19th-23rd and we want a builder to start on April 26th
