Cladding replacement

The first 2 photos show the new stairwell constructed in 2017; the 3rd photo onwards shows the relocated house before the staircase was built. The exterior cladding of the new stairwell is Hardiflex with 75x25 battens at 600 centres. I would like to replace all the old weatherside cladding on the remainder of the house (excluding the stairwell) with hardiflex and battens to match the pattern of the stairwell. From memory the hardiflex sheets were installed on a cavity batten. I intend to get an approved building consent to do this job. Scaffolding will be required as the house is ~2.8 meters off the ground. I could look into sourcing all material through my trade account. Therefore a price to complete the job inclusive of scaffolding costs would be good. Ignoring the recent add-on of the staircase the house is a perfect rectangle/box shape 12 meters long x 7 meters wide. Please call me to discuss further.
