Jamb flashing and stucco below window

I am replacing a doorway for a window on a stucco building. I will need someone to install stucco around and below the window including window jamb flashing. Possibly up to 3m2 area. The job would take place in march, and the time could be flexible. The council will perform inspections between the coats.
