Wedding venue

I have got a to be wedding venue between Matamata & Teahroa to change from an old hall into a wedding function centre , it is needing recladding with weather board old cladding remains & gibing inside . It is a bit messy but will be good recognition from it being a venue ,I am a qualified builder contractor my self but my work load is getting too heavy so if there is a sole contractor that wants work /to work in together would be perfect I also have a few new builds coming up . Must have a high standard of work & go hard no wasters or it won't last long may consider a labourer if your onto it with your own gear. Cheers.
