Re-clad 50m2 unit

Hey, I have a small 50m2 single level unit clad in weatherside. I need a builder who can run through the process of getting consent and doing the re-clad work. Someone who has worked with consents before. Also, what would the timeframe in working with council at the moment be and rough costings for consent and cladding materials and time. We can start as soon as 10th September.
