Replace weatherboard panel

Two story home. A weatherboard panel just above the garage and below upstair bedrm had cracked. tried to patch up crack with some filler and filler has turned orange not sure why and could just be mould but I need someone to check it and quote cost to fix it or replace the crack panel asap please. Thanks
