Quote to fix rotten weather boards

Hi there We are wanting a registered builder to come and further inspect a part of a house we are thinking of buying. There are some rotten weather boards that need replacing, as well as ground fill up against the walls. This will cause these walls to decay if the ground is not removed to at least 150mm below the bottom board. Wanting these two jobs quoted with a price please.
