Replace section of weatherboard on front of building.

The weather board is rotting on part of our house exterior, 1 wall panel approx 6 meters high by 3 meters wide. The underlying structure is fine, but the rot has occured above the window and the base of the wall. We want the weather board replaced in the whole wall and then repainted. We don't want to make any changes to the wall at all so this will be a like for like replacement. Ideally we need this work completed before the summer weather goes. Height access equipment will be required to get to the top. But there is ample secure concrete drive around the base of the wall.
