I have a two bedroom unit in Manurewa. It is old unit and cladding looks old and tired. There is no water leakage. It is about 60 sq. mtr. The old cladding is pilling off, hence wish to give new look. I want to know which cladding will cost less just plaster or any other. Please let me the cost of each type of cladding.
