We need to replace the cladding on a house with 305mm Hardiplank. It will be replaced like for like and direct fixed. We need to leave the windows in place. There is also a small water leak from a laundry tub that needs fixing but can be accessed from the outside while the cladding is off. We need to start the job ASAP.
