Weatherboard and Deck Repair/Replacement

We need a competent builder to fix the problems below with our house, - the cedar cladding that has areas of warping, splitting and weathering (holes, nails popping out etc.). one small area is rotten as shown in the photos - the barge boards that are weathered and the paint is flaking - the front door that has water damage to lower half as shown in photos - the front deck that is extensively damaged as shown in photo - some other minor jobs
