Replace weatherboard on side of house

We recently bought our house and the previous owners had removed a deck then covered the exposed area with black plastic. We are looking for some one to redo the area with weatherboard. The area goes along approximately 5/6 m of one side of the house and 2/3 m of another side. We would like to get this done before winter.
