Replace cracked panel on outer wall

Small cracked panel (63 cm wide x 20 cm high) below window needs replacing. The panel most likely has asbestos. The building inspector who alerted me to this crack has advised me that it does not need a specialist to replace it as the panel is so small, but care will need to be taken to minimize dust on removal.
