Cladding repair - wooden weather boards
Job description
We have a very neglected 1970s house (split level) that is in desperate need of repair. We can see clearly the parts that need immediate action, but there will be undiscovered bits that also need attention and possible framing repair too and all sides of our house are affected. Likely require scaffolding in places due to the split level. We need someone who can fix what needs doing now and also offer recommendations for our next steps to get our house warm and dry. First stage of our job will be an asap timeframe, next steps we can work around any timeframe. For future work we also have internal renovations we would like to do, but external is the priority.

EDITED, Job is now complete to scope and we are so happy with the results. Tony and Des can come back anytime! Tony has been fantastic so far so wanted to post an interim review. He has been fair in price, honest with his advice and his workmanship has made us really happy so far. He has also been very flexible with our job as we have had to delay some parts due to needing to organise other materials (windows) which have pushed out the timeframe. No hesitation in recommending him to others.
