Weatherboard Cladding and Roof Repair

My concrete chimney is being removed soon. I need the wall and roof repaired and made weathertight following the chimney removal. Cladding is traditional weatherboard, roof is corrugated iron. Please see photo for context/size of chimney. Please note - the chimney removal is already organised - this job is to patch and repair the house following the chimney removal.
