Partial reclad

I need a partial reclad done on my property in Dinsdale, and have had a lot of trouble trying to find someone to take on the job. It has been painted with a terrible plastic like coating which is flaking off, and has cracking from sun damage. I would guess 75% of the cladding needs to be replaced like for like, and then the whole house re-painted/ stained. I really need an estimation on how much the job is going to cost, so would really appreciate it if someone could have a look at the house and give me a rough estimation on cost, and any recommendations on how to treat/ paint the wood after.
