Modify pillar and make good cladding

The step in the pillar has caused the pool fencing to fail inspection as it has been deemed a foothold. Our thought is to cut off that section and make the pillar straight all the way down. This requires the cladding to be reinstated so that it remains weathertight and matches the existing textured finish. There are 2 pillars to be done to keep things consistent.
