Weatherboard and cladding replacement on pipe entry.

There is an external drian pipe that runs down from the gutter into our house (yes it's very weird, see the photo's). The weatherboards where it goes into the house have peeling paint that we suspect is due to water issues. If the boards have taken on moisture they will need replacing. If they haven't they will need to be made weather tight. There is also peeling paint and the boards cracking on the underside of the room (again look at the photos). This will need to be repaired. The job is approximately 3m off the ground.
