Awning Repair on Weatherboard Bungalow

We are wanting to replace the awning about the lounge window. It currently has ply on it and is obviously extremely worn down. Wanting to get a quote and replace it with ply again- or other wood if it’s suggested, no corrogated iron. We are putting our house on the market end of January 2020 so want this job done by then.
