One of a four unit block requires removal of existing 'monolithic cladding' and replacement with modern breathable polystyrene based cladding alternative. Would include removal of material from site. Possibility of some frame repair after cladding is removed and any damage reveled. Budget has been selected below, however this is a guesstimate. Require an onsite quote ASAP.

Remove roughcast and old windows and door off part of lean to (1930s). Strengthen under windows. Replace with new windows. Apply exterior cladding (weatherboards). All internal work will be done by us. Must have relevant builders licence for exterior cladding. Smallish area 3m x 3m approx.

I have a small area of the exterior of my house that needs to have concrete stucco applied to match the rest of the cladding on the house. Its about 6m2 of wall surface all together. The existing finish is just rough plastered (ie not pebble dash or anything) so will be fairly easy to match to. This is an urgent job.

I have an earthquake damaged home that is about to be re-leveled. It is a 2-story dwelling. The construction is timber frame, with a mixture of linear board, and brick veneer which is plastered and painted. There is step cracking in the plastered sections and these need to be repaired and repainted. The decorative timber cladding on the exterior corner of my brick house has started to pull away from the main structure, seeming to have warped and bent, pulling on the nails. So there is now about a 1cm gap and the weather is getting in between the warped cladding and the main structure, right next to the aluminium frame of the window. LBP required. We have recently moved to a house that requires some repairs to weather boards which includes adding some scribers, head flashings and repairs to make the house water tight. We require an LBP to carry out the work and provide before and after pictures along with written confirmation on completion that these repairs are water tight. This is required to satisfy our insurance company. We have a building report which we will provide on site visit.

Existing double garage requires one gable end re-clad on existing framing - adding in cavity and new fibre-cement sheets. Roof barge flashing will need replacing as it will be wider than currently. Also some creative solutions sought around sealing bottom of wall (concrete block) to avoid moisture running under it.
