Some weatherboards need fixing

At the back of our house we have some weatherboards that have gone weird over time (see photos, the corner with drainpipe photo is where I skimmed the corner with my car). We would like the damaged weather boards replaced (if you think that's the best thing to do, feel free to tell us if there are better options). Happy for you to come have a look before quoting. We're in Riccarton. Not really sure how much this is supposed to cost, but the app required me to give an estimate, so I put a guess.
