Job description

New Cladding
Christchurch

Hi A section of cement board has fallen from one side of my house. Over time, wear and tear has caused some nail holes to become too big. In recent high wind, the centre board (photo 1) to fall off. Some of the holes in an additional board (photo 2) are in similar shape. The cement boards in photos 3, 4, & 5 appear to be in good shape as far as the nails go but I'd like to make sure. For this job I'd like to: 1) replace the missing centre cement board; 2) secure the remaining cement boards on both sides of the house to make sure they stay in place, possibly with screws. The cement boards that are still on the house look like they're in good shape. 3) have the cement board that fell carted away. I'd like to get this done as quickly as possible, obviously but I recognise that tradies are in high demand right now. I'm willing to wait for tradie with good skills, recommendations and a good quote so long as we can keep the house secure.

Mark was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt and professional. It was easy to communicate with him. The only bad part was waiting for time in his schedule to do the job but he was definitely worth it. I'd be happy to work with Mark on other jobs around my house. Highly recommended.
