The old weatherboard cladding on our dining room has leaked as it is quite rotten. There is some damage to the floor in a corner of the room and possibly some damage to the wall also? I've drilled holes into the wall in the past to inspect for moisture damage (couldn't see any) and covered them with old bits of timber (hence why you can see those in the photos). When we bought the place (about 5 years ago) the gutter leaked and water would drain down the exterior. We fixed the gutter as soon as we moved in. We recently removed the carpet in the dining to replace with a floating floor and found evidence of water damage in the chipboard floor.

Really happy, went above and beyond to determine the root cause of the problem. Thanks!
