We need to have rotten/borer weatherboard on our 1928 villa replaced. Mostly on the south and west sides of the house. Following this we are looking to have the entire exterior repainted. The house 90sqm and one story. Looking for someone to come tell us what needs replacing and give us a cost estimate.
