LBP required. We have recently moved to a house that requires some repairs to weather boards which includes adding some scribers, head flashings and repairs to make the house water tight. We require an LBP to carry out the work and provide before and after pictures along with written confirmation on completion that these repairs are water tight. This is required to satisfy our insurance company. We have a building report which we will provide on site visit.

Great job done by Richard, we were offered good suggestions during the work and ended up doing additional work to the original quote. We are very pleased with the result and will be in contact when we start the Kitchen/ bathroom renovations.
