Existing double garage requires one gable end re-clad on existing framing - adding in cavity and new fibre-cement sheets. Roof barge flashing will need replacing as it will be wider than currently. Also some creative solutions sought around sealing bottom of wall (concrete block) to avoid moisture running under it. Will need to allow for scaffolding - possibly able to be done with portable unit
