Rotten spots on weather boards

I've got a few rotten spots on my weather boards that I'd like cut out and replaced, before I re-paint the house. My house is quite old and I don't know if the weather boards are standard issue or if they'd have to be specially cut. Have pictured the spots I have found, could be more than pictured. Understand that it's hard to quote without assessing it in person.
